- Hold a Bachelor's degree in food science or a related field
- Bring 5-8 years of experience, showcasing your expertise in product development
- Ability to translate technical aspects into practical, real-world solutions
- Possess excellent communication, detail orientation, and organizational skills
- Demonstrate exceptional computer skills, including databases, statistics, and spreadsheets
- Showcase strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.
WHAT WILL YOU DO AS THE SENIOR FOOD SCIENTIST?
- Lead the end-to-end development of products on existing business and innovation projects
- Create technical work plans for the development process in the test kitchen, applicable to production facilities
- Ensure the quality of existing business products while exploring sustainability initiatives
- Collaborate with Procurement to identify alternative and new ingredients, emphasizing sustainability.
- Work closely with suppliers to develop ingredients for new products or enhance existing ones
