***This position is based on-site in Chicago, IL.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You will lead all stages of product development projects for key customer accounts.
You will provide expert input in various food categories, including dairy, sauces, produce, meat, ingredients, and related technical knowledge.
You will identify opportunities to drive business growth via new technologies, processes, or ingredients.
You will act as a technical leader on the Product Team.
SKILLS
You have a Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Dairy Science, Meat Science, or a related field.
You possess 5+ years of experience in developing and commercializing food products.
You are familiar with USDA/FDA regulations and standards.
You are willing to travel up to 30%.
