- Oversee and conclude entity consolidation for company-wide reporting.
- Maintain the management reporting process including the maintenance and updating of NetSuite mapping and reports.
- Maintain the creation and roll up of new General Ledger accounts in NetSuite.
- Manage internal reporting processes including monthly & quarterly preparation and quality control of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow) and internal reporting packages.
- Facilitate external financial statement reporting (including but not limited financial statement audit, board materials and lender reporting).
- Assist with financial statement audits and coordinate with external audit teams, specifically around reporting and trial balance mapping.
- Create reports and presentations for senior leadership.
- Develop templates, models and tools to drive the planning, forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Collaborate with Finance leadership and department leaders to complete the planning, forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- Five years of experience in accounting and Financial Reporting with increasing responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and how it is applied to reporting and accounting processes.
- Self-driven with strong project management skills, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel proficiency using pivot tables, Match Index, H-&V-lookups, etc.; Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Continuous improvement mindset: look for ways to improve process efficiency and demonstrate flexibility in a changing environment.
- Exhibit a positive attitude and inquisitive approach to problem solving.
