As we continue to drive innovation and sustainability forward, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategies and decision-making processes for solar and energy storage projects.
About the Role:
- Lead financial analysis and modeling efforts for solar projects, including project finance, investment evaluations, and strategic initiatives.
- Provide valuable insights on financial risks, returns, and profitability to support senior management in making informed decisions.
- Assist in the development and execution of financial strategies and roadmaps to ensure the successful implementation of solar and storage initiatives.
- Conduct thorough due diligence and financial assessments of potential solar and storage project acquisitions, partnerships, and investments.
- Analyze and interpret complex financial data, perform variance analysis, and create timely and accurate financial reports.
Principal Duties:
- Prepare comprehensive project financing proposals, including investment memos, financial forecasts, and cash flow analysis.
- Conduct financial analysis and due diligence for renewable energy projects, including project feasibility, risk assessment, and financial modeling.
- Review, analyze and negotiate terms in commercial agreements and other related legal documents.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in energy solar, specifically in C & I, community solar or M & A transactions.
- Strong experience with financial modeling and analysis plus project finance & tax equity.
- Experience presenting projects for investment approval.
- Degree in finance or economics.
- In-depth knowledge of energy project finance transactions and associated documentation, as well as the ability to identify and mitigate risks effectively.

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current annual salary range is $100,000-$150,000.
