Job Description
Reports to: Vice President of Finance
Position Summary: The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for analyzing, reporting, and forecasting key financial and operational metrics
Requirements: 5+ years of previous experience in financial or business analytics
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
Responsibilities:
- Monthly financial analysis and reporting, including maintaining consolidated KPI schedules and updating executive level presentations.
- Collaborate with senior management and internal teams to develop departmental and club-level Budgets, forecasts, and goals.
- Work with management to develop and report on optimal staffing and scheduling of club personnel, including benchmarking comparable clubs, tracking coverage ratios, and recommendations for efficiencies.
- Develop and maintain Executive and Departmental level DOMO and Excel KPI dashboards to track and analyze goals and initiatives.
- Create ad-hoc financial models and sensitivity forecasts for department and company-wide business initiatives.
- Additional duties and responsibilities to support the Finance Department.

- Experience with data visualization tools (i.e. DOMO / Tableau)
- Experience with ERPs (GreatPlains, QuickBooks, SAP) or HR Tools (Peoplesoft, UltiPro)
Required Skills:
- Experience creating dashboard or financial models
- Systems savvy individual with experience with financial analysis
- Moderate to Advanced Excel skills with experience with Excel functions and formulas including VLOOKUP, Sumif, Index-Match, and Counting
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
