Schedule: Day Shifts up to (10) Hour Days
Pay Rate: $35 - $45 Hourly DOE
The principal duties and responsibilities will be:
Must have knowledge of Install/Deinstall as well as Corrective/Preventative Maintenance on Metals OEM platform experience required. (AMAT Endura, Centura & LAM Vector, Excel)
- Chamber Wet Cleans
- Removal of chamber kits & fore lines
Understand how to safely perform all necessary purging of both gas and liquid lines.
- Pump purging of gas lines.
- Flush drain and blowout residual liquids
- Disconnect and cap all gas and liquid lines.
Must be able to assist with completing tool shutdown.
- Power off all the system and related subcomponents
- Follow all LOTO and customer procedures.
Additional Duties would include:
- Daily pre-task planning with customer
- Document all decon activities (2D - Decon checklist)
- Reporting status of Decon project.
- Must follow all customer safety protocols including LOTO and PPE
Requirements:
Required Min 2+ years / OEM direct experience required.
- Metals OEM platform experience required. (AMAT Endura, Centura & LAM Vector, Excel)
