Senior Field Applications Engineer

• Closely contact with R&D engineer of key customers, have a deep understanding of customer applications and systems.

• Provide field technical promotion/training to customer and manage design in and design win projects

• Daily technical support as a technical service window for customers.

• The liaison/interface between Arrow's suppliers and Arrow sales team.

• Develop, grow and leverage the influential supplier relationships to negotiate competitive pricing and availability, to increase sales and gross profit dollars for all regions.

• As the primary point of contact between the Arrow sales team and the supplier, Product Specialists also arrange meetings via webcast, phone, or in person in order to drive and increase our market share.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent

• At least 3 years providing technical application support or reference design role

• Related technical experience is preferred.

  • Topology of PFC/LLC/BOOST/BUCK/FLYBACK, analysis and position the Circle and Design of the Topology 

  • Power: AC-DC, DC-DC

  • CPLA/FPGA, digital logic development

  • MPU/MCU: ARM Cortex-M Core or Cortex-A Core

  • Wireless: BLE, Sub-1GHz, LoRa, Wifi

  • NFC (Near Field Communication)

• Strong experience on chip level and platform design

• Strong analytical skills

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

• Excellent English and country-specific language

• Strong communication, influencing, presentation, organization, time management skills (priority setting, meeting targets/goals)
