SPA's Maritime Division provides timely, objective, analytic assessments, strategic planning, and expert operational, technical and acquisition support to the Undersea and Surface Warfare communities, and related agencies and partners. We play key roles in providing the insights and strategies to address current and emerging challenges to our national security. We have tremendous impact iassisting our clients to achieve success on their most important issues and programs within the constraints of the budget environment.
The Naval Surface Analysis Group (NSWAG), within Maritime Division, focuses primarily on providing analytic and program support to the Surface Warfare component of the United States Navy, enabling enhanced decision-making regarding the allocation of resources to improve operational capabilities. This support includes personnel, manpower, and training support to OPNAV N1.
SPA has a near term need for a Senior Facilitator, who will support Tactical Training Group Pacific and Expeditionary Warfare Training Group Pacific in San Diego, CA.
Responsibilities
The candidate will be one of five Senior Facilitators providing Naval Warfare Subject Matter Expertise (SMEs) with specialized experience in each of the following ten areas: CWC (FST & LVC), SUW, AMW, AD, STW, IO, USW, Naval Aviation Training, and Naval Law and provide instruction to students attending Tactical Training Group Pacific and Expiditionary Warfare Training Group Pacific Composite Commander Warfare courses.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 25 years' Naval Warfare SME with assignment as CSG/ESG N3 or Chief of Staff, PHIBRON commander, CSG/ARG Warfare Commander, deployed command at the major command level operating within the CWC structure or position of equivalent experience.
- Naval Aviation Training position must be MPRA or Rotary Wing, Weapons School WTI qualified.
- Bachelor's Degree, No specific discipline.
- "Top Secret / Sensitive Compartment Information" level eligible clearance. "Secret" level clearance, with open T5 Investigation. Senior Facilitator positions may require Special Access Programs (SAP) as designated by Command Government Program Officer.
