Senior Event Planner

About: This is a NEW business in the Jax Beaches area, but definitely not new to the industry.

ENGAGE360 is an events and marketing firm located in Atlantic Beach that plans and executes custom events and promotions for clients. We work with both corporate and non-profit clients to create turn-key non-profit fundraisers, hospitality trips, experiential marketing tours, acquisition programs, and more.

ENGAGE360 is currently seeking a mid to senior level full-time account executive and Event Planner, whose broad role is to manage clients and plan events. This role requires great skills in communication and organization. Typical duties include: managing client(s) throughout the planning process, vendor coordination, onsite event management, maintaining reports, post event recap, and more. Interested and qualified applicants will receive a list of detailed duties before scheduled interviews.

Qualifications:

• Must currently work in the event or hospitality space
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in your current position
• 4-Year University Education
• Must live within 15 miles of 32250
• Must work a minimum of 15-25 night and weekends to execute event.
• Confident and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
• Possesses a collaborative, inclusive approach and finds ways to over-deliver results
• Proven ability to prioritize and deliver exceptional design at high volumes under tight timelines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Proficient in Adobe design products and website template builders.

Generous Vacation:

This position is for a full-time job Monday-Friday with up to 15-25 nights and weekends to execute events. In addition to 10 paid vacation days and 2 sick days, all ENGAGE360 employees receive a paid week off during July 4th (summer break) and 8-10 days at the end of the calendar year through New Years (winter break). Plus random days off. In average, employee receives 30 days of paid vacation a year.

Salary:

Pay is competitive for entry to mid-level position based on experience. $54,000 - $68,000 plus bonus of 10%. Based off skills and experience. For 2024, this is a 1099 position. Health benefits offered in November of 2024 for 2025 year.
