• This job is a member of the Integrated Operations Team within the Integrated Operations Division.
• Responsible for evaluation of Flight Operations processes and functions and for documenting the results. Additionally, provides senior Company management with an accurate, timely, and comprehensive evaluation of company systems, processes, and functions as they relate to safety, compliance, and operating efficiency.

• Develops evaluation process tools and methods including checklists, interview outlines, etc.
• Develops effective recommended solutions to findings and concerns
• Facilitates Corrective Action Plans
• Maintains and updates electronic evaluation files
• Verifies the implementation of corrective actions
• Conducts evaluation data trend analysis
• Works with IEP team to develop an evaluation plan
• Prioritizes planned evaluations using risk assessment techniques
• Assist codeshare surveillance conduct audits of partner airlines
• Accomplishes processes through various evaluation and analysis techniques
• Some travel both domestic and international is required
   

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency
• Knowledge of flight operational functions
• Understanding of relevant Federal Regulations and applying those concepts
• Possess an understanding of aviation procedure manuals

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience/training
• Prior auditing or inspection experience
• Understanding of IATA Standards
• Understanding od Safety Management Systems and Risk Management
• Prior Project Management experience
• 3 years' experience in aviation operations as an Air Transport Pilot
• Air Transport Pilot certificate

• Presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex requirements to audiences who possess a wide variety of subject matter expertise
• Ability to follow through and complete projects as an individual contributor or collaborate as a team member with effective drive for results
• Ability to lead a team and provide direction to team members completing tasks
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally to conduct assessments (as needed)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Ability to demonstrate an acute attention to detail
