The Role
• Utilize expertise in roofing materials, labor costs, and market trends to prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to understand the scope, materials, and labor requirements for commercial roofing projects.
• Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing for materials and services
Key Requirements
· Prior experience Estimating Commercial Re-roofing and New Construction projects.
· Has worked with a broad range of clients
· Good knowledge of Flat, Single Ply, slate, standing seam metal, architectural metal roofs.
