OPPORTUNITIES THIS ROLE WILL BRING:
Senior Engineering Technician will be responsible for the inspection of existing structures to determine their physical condition, maintenance needs, and potential hazards.
- Climbs and inspects overhead structures.
- If applicable, conducts underwater inspections of existing structures.
- Ensures equipment is maintained and in proper location.
- Knowledgeable of construction and inspection practices
- Acts as a Team Leader on inspection projects.
- Responsible for project schedules and timely completion of projects
- Responsible for maintaining meaningful relationships with clients.
- Uses computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to prepare engineering and design documents.
YOU WILL NEED:
- A minimum of 10 years of inspection experience in transportation related structures.
- Majority of time is spent in the field and could involve working weekends and overnight.
- Diving Certification preferred.
- NICET 3 or 4
- Valid driver's license
