POSITION SUMMARY:As a senior manager, you would provide strategic leadership for 2 to 3 scrum teams responsible for implementing IT product roadmap and maintaining client facing products and services. You'll ensure your teams connect with the mission and vision of the product and organization and ensure the team is empowered for success. This position will manage 2-3 high-performing teams of software engineers.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruiting and Onboarding
- Champion collaborations with Talent Acquisition and existing external sourcing vendors, enhancing strategies for attracting top tier Engineering Talent.
- Refine onboarding methodologies, ensuring new team members can quickly come up to speed, feel valued and effectively contribute.
- Engage with organizational leaders to co-design and champion career progression frameworks, ensuring clarity and motivation for Engineering Talent.
- Team Management and Performance Enhancement:
- Manage 2/3 diverse team of engineers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and individual aspirations.
- Mentor an Engineering Talent Manager, fostering their growth and reinforcing best practices.
- Innovate team structures to drive cross-functional collaboration, ensuring teams have the tools to own outcomes and deliver autonomously.
- Data-Driven Insights
- Dive deeper into analytics, utilizing health and productivity metrics to unearth latent risks and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Connect the dots between talent metrics and broader business objectives, building a narrative around the tangible impact of optimized team dynamics

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in a specialty pharmacy, medical insurance, reimbursement hub experience, physician’s office, healthcare setting, and/or insurance background preferred
- Two to four years as a Manager with a team size of six or more
