Duties:
We are seller-doers. Duties include but are not limited to design of water and wastewater infrastructure; preparation of engineering calculations and reports; project and client management; business development; site visits and coordination with clients and staff; development of planning and alternatives analysis studies; program and construction management support; and review and development of environmental compliance and permitting strategies. You will have the opportunity to manage all aspects of a project from proposal to project startup and completion. Additionally, you will engage in marketing pursuits and business management, supporting staff development and strategic growth.
Expectations:
Excellent written and oral communication skills are required, as well as an eagerness and enthusiasm to work in a team environment on a wide variety of engineering design projects throughout California.
Requirements & Experience:
Position requires a B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering, with a minimum of seven years’ experience in design of Water/Wastewater/Recycled water transmission, pumping, storage, and/or treatment facilities. Civil or Mechanical P.E. registration in California is required. Proficiency with MS office is required. Applicants should identify any prior experience working in AutoCAD as well as InfoWorks, WaterCAD, SewerCAD, BioWIN, and other hydraulic modeling programs.
