What You’ll Do:
- Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility
- Leading electrical hardware development projects
- Planning, tracking and scheduling deliverables
- Documenting the complete solution, including development choices and calibration methodology
- Design, troubleshooting, and resolving the issues, as required
- Developing good working relationships with Programmers, Engineers, Production and Sales teams
- Supporting and mentoring junior engineers, as required
- Approve final product before launch

What You’ll Need:
- BS/MS in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited university.
- 5+ years relevant experience in electronics design
- Demonstrated history of completing projects
- A technical mindset with great attention to detail
- Solid communication and presentation abilities
- Proof of eligibility to legally work within the United States.
- Domestic and International travel may be required. The travel requirement is currently estimated to be less than 10%.
Nice to Have:
- System-level solution design involving multiple technical disciplines
- Board design, including schematic capture and BOM maintenance
- Embedded firmware development, including FPGA code development
- Program management.
