Summary
This position is located at Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, ENFORCEMENT. The incumbent serves as a subject matter expert and liaison between the Office of Enforcement and the Litigation Support team within the Office of Technology and Innovation.
Responsibilities
As a Senior eLaw Litigation Support Specialist, you will:
Serve as a senior Case Manager for Litigation Support activities associated with one or more complex cases and/or projects, as dictated by current project requirements and staffing levels- . Develop project plans and cost and duration budgets for eDiscovery projects, helping to ensure compliance with Federal and administrative court rules
- . Provide technical support on discovery, litigation and other information technology matters that concern the identification, collection, processing, review, analysis, production, and preservation of records, including electronically stored information (ESI)
- . Collaborate with the Litigation Support team in identifying, inspecting, analyzing, and evaluating various data environments and software systems for files or other data relevant to an investigation
