Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Lead and oversee drug development projects, serving as the vital point of contact and driving project teams toward successful outcomes.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets, aligning them with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination in all project activities, from pre-clinical development through regulatory submission and commercialization.
Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential obstacles to project success.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to regulatory requirements and standards, maintaining compliance throughout development
Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate project progress, milestones, and potential issues to senior management and stakeholders.
Resource Management: Manage project resources, including personnel, budgets, and external partners, to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards in all project activities, ensuring the integrity and safety of drug development processes.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's or Ph.D. in pharmaceutical sciences or a related discipline preferred.
Experience: Experience in project management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing drug development projects.
Project Management: Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively.
Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and experience with regulatory submissions (e.g., IND, NDA, BLA) is highly desirable.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex project challenges.
Leadership: Proven leadership experience, including the ability to lead and motivate project teams to achieve objectives.
