Overview
Manage change control in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system and help drive best documentation and PLM architecture practices into the company. Provides timely, professional, and accurate document management. Swiftly responds to special project demands and expedites processes when necessary. Coordinates change control implementation activities across multiple departments.
Responsibilities

• Setup and train internal and external customers on the use of the PLM system.
• Document policies and procedures and release them into the PLM system.
• Manage PLM aspects of corporate system integration projects (e.g., purchasing, MRP)
• Review existing documentation and part structuring for correctness and completeness
• Manage Quality Module within our PLM tool (Arena)
• Facilitate updates to the PLM system.
• Review and approve ECRs for completeness before converting them into ECOs
• Manage routing and approval of ECOs
• Support quality assurance Document Control initiatives
• Identify bottlenecks in approval process and work to eliminate them
• Create management reports using the software's reporting module

Experience
Five plus years' experience working in Document Control, operations logistics, or quality assurance roles.
Two plus years' experience working with PLM systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access and Word at the intermediate level or beyond.
Experience with Arena software is a plus
Experience with ideation of PLM architecture is a plus
Associate degree in a related field, Bachelor's degree is a plus.
