Job description

This position will be hired through Brown-Forman's internal temporary pool. The hours will vary from week to week. The position will support the Food Services team which serves Brown-Forman executives, employees, and their guests. Brown-Forman offers benefits to all temporary employees hired through Reserve Power. Benefits available include 401K with a 5% match, health insurance after 60 days of employment, $50 product promotion each year for employees over the age of 21, and access to our Employee Assistance Program. In addition, we offer access to the Brown-Forman Employees Credit Union and free access to the Brown-Forman Fitness Center. Hours will be Monday - Thursday, 10AM to 4pm. This may vary based on business needs.The hourly rate for this position is $20.00 per hour.

Meaningful Work From Day One:
The Senior Diversity and Inclusion Business Partner will lead the execution of the global D&I strategy within the Global Supply Chain & Technology organization. This role will be responsible for recommending, developing and managing Diversity and Inclusion programs and initiatives that work to reinforce an inclusive culture and build a workforce that is diverse. Will work closely with Diversity Councils, HR Business Partners and business leaders across the organization to ensure initiatives, resources and tools are effectively leveraged to promote awareness of Diversity and Inclusion opportunities, and ensure alignment with business practices and the D&I strategic plan.

What You Can Expect
● Partners with business leaders to ensure a diverse and inclusive lens is applied across our business and people processes.
● Cascades and embeds the global D&I strategy within the Global Supply Chain & Technology organization through strategic planning, establishing best practices, and supporting the development and implementation of key programs.
● Recognizes and responds to business needs, issues and initiatives with appropriate Diversity and Inclusion tools, strategic assessments, and benchmarking to support the needs of the organization.
● Advises business leaders in the development and execution of their D&I strategies by incorporating councils and ERGs as appropriate, partnering closely with site/function leaders and HR Business Partners.
● Tailors and facilitates educational curriculum strategies and tools to ensure relevant content and alignment to the overall Diversity and Inclusion strategy.
● In partnership with the ERG Manager, stewards the ERG governance model across international Regional/Site ERGs (including chapters); develops and implements the plan for educating and training the D&I Council and ERGs; and builds agents of change in ERG Leadership by partnering internally and externally to curate and deploy relevant D&I education.
● Supports processes and systems which hold leaders accountable for their support and implementation.
● Monitors internal performance metrics and external benchmarks to evaluate the effectiveness of Brown-Forman's Diversity and Inclusion efforts; stays informed of leading Diversity and Inclusion trends and issues.
● Builds relationships and provides expert counseling and coaching to business leaders. Enhances and maintains management commitment and coaches managers and employees in effectively implementing diversity practices and initiatives.

What You Bring to the Table:
● Minimum of five years of Diversity and Inclusion work and/or organizational development work within an organization with demonstrated experience in designing, developing and delivering blended training and/or education plans; instructional design experience preferred
● Demonstrated ability to create programming for a global audience
● Strategic planning skills and the demonstrated ability to be successful with project management and implementation
● Effective communication skills, both verbal and written and the interpersonal skill necessary to interface at all levels of the organization
● Strong service delivery, problem-solving, and change management communication skills
● Demonstrated ability to listen and communicate effectively and to facilitate dialogue resulting in equitable outcomes. Versatility to embrace and adapt to differing styles and preferences is key.
