Job Title-Senior Director of Finance
Location: Flexible/Remote- But would prefer some able to travel to Waukesha, WI Office.
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
Travel/work Hour: Ability to accommodate multiple Time Zones
Salary: Full-Time- $100,000 to $115,000 a year

PURPOSE
The Senior Director, Finance will provide critical financial and leadership services in the areas of financial strategy, financial planning, annual budgeting, receipt and disbursement of funds, accounting, procurement, and asset management. The Senior Director will have a hands-on approach to all aspects of an organizations finances and ensure company compliance with generally accepted accounting principles.
DUTIES:
- Direct and coordinate company financial planning and budget management functions.
- Recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance.
- Prepare the operating budget.
- Coordinate preparation of all Federal and State tax filings.
- Oversee completion of Work Experience payroll tax, including producing annual W2 as applicable.
- Monitor and analyze monthly operating results provided from Project Accountants in comparison with budgets.
- Oversee daily operations and functions of the finance department.
- Facilitate the completion of the monthly close process including preparation of the payroll allocation reports, Corporate Overhead allocation reports, and other reports as applicable.
- Responsible for the preparation of financial forecasting.
- Responsible for the preparation of monthly and annual account reconciliation activities.
- Facilitate the completion of financial audits and provide recommendations for procedural improvements.
- Assist USA Shared Services Finance Team, including the USA CFO, with projects as applicable.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
- A bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or a related field
- A professional certification, such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, accounting, or auditing
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and other applicable accounting standards and regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and various financial reporting software and systems, such as SAP
- Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks
- Government contracts experience is strongly preferred
