About the Position:

The Senior Desktop Support tech works across a broad range of technologies and with multiple areas of the business to support incidents, problems and requests, alongside the greater team to provide front line support for all of IT through phone and email interactions. Additionally, the senior tech will mentor and train lower-level technicians for continued skill development and ensuring SLAs are met.

Salary Range: $66,000 – $73,000/year, based on experience, + bonus potential

Office Location: North Denver, CO - hybrid

Responsibilities:

  • End user support – In person, on the phone or via remote sessions
  • Provide onsite tech support to call center office in North Denver, along with HQ office in DTC as needed
  • Ensure timely resolution of support tickets to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity
  • Mentor Support Technicians to ensure SLA are met
  • Identify trends and make recommendations on service improvements
  • Workstations – build, configuration and troubleshooting
  • Account creation and removal inventory control – purchasing requests, tracking, decommissioning
  • Procedure documentation creation and maintenance
  • On-call rotation participation
  • As a part of normal business operations, employees in this role may access and/or modify electronic Protected Health Information (ePHI) in a manner compliant with requirements set forth by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience within a tech support and/or lead role
  • Associate's degree in a related field, combination of education and experience, or equivalent work experience
  • 1 year of lead or supervisory experience
  • Windows OS Administration experience
  • Deep understanding with Office applications and installation
  • VOIP experience (Phone/software configuration)
  • Office 365
  • Azure
