At EF World Journeys, we're on a mission to redefine the essence of active travel, transforming it into a journey that not only explores the world but also unlocks the potential within each of us. As pioneers in crafting awe-inspiring active tours, experiences bridge cultures, challenge the spirit, and foster a community of curious and vibrant travelers.
We are searching for an experienced and visionary Senior Designer to join EF World Journeys. This role is not just about creating designs; it's about weaving the fabric of dreams into the tapestry of reality. With a heart that beats for travel, the outdoors, adventure, and sports, you will channel your passion into every stroke of design and narrative, building a brand that moves, inspires, and calls to the adventurous spirit in everyone.
This role reports into the Vice President of Creative.

- Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand campaign goals and integrate design elements effectively
- Collaborate with copywriters and other creatives to ensure a cohesive brand message
- Stay informed about design trends, competitors, and industry best practices to continuously improve the brand's visual presence
You have:
- 5+ years of professional design experience at an agency, design firm or in-house creative team
- Spent most of your career in digital, ideally with a focus on e-commerce and digital advertising/marketing and have a portfolio showcasing this experience
- A passion for design and an understanding of its critical core concepts
- An ability to align design decisions with overall brand strategy and business goals
- Strong verbal and visual communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and present ideas to stakeholders
- Solid experience and skill working with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (experience with After Effects and/or Premier is helpful but not necessary)
- Positive and pro-active problem solving skills
- A preference for working in teams versus being the solo creative
- A keen eye for detail to ensure consistency in brand visuals and thoroughness in reviewing and refining designs
