What you’ll do:
Develop rolling 18 months’ unconstrained demand forecast for specific business franchises.
Report out updated forecast with clear assumptions, R&O, and drivers for changes.
Lead monthly demand reviews with commercial teams to achieve consensus on the forecast; develop clear bridge to financial forecast via triangulation.
Conduct root cause analysis and continuous improvement of regional key performance indicators, such as Forecast Accuracy.
Support processes and activities related to demand vs supply analysis and inventory managements.
Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree. Minimum 3 years’ experience in Demand Planning or related field
Very strong analytical skills, able to deal with large amount of data, in multiple formats and from different sources, consolidating all data and showing ability to identify and prioritize focus areas.
Affinity to planning systems and use of computers/software. High level Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential.
Stakeholder management skills and experience in a geographically diverse, matrix organization.
Comfort to draw assumptions and make decisions under uncertainty and ambiguity.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Biotech industry experience
Statistical forecasting or data modeling

The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
