Senior Database Administrator - Work From Home

You are:

• Energized and passionate about obtaining the highest levels of data accuracy and efficient work processes
• A proven leader of technical teams, known for your ability to motivate others while holding them accountable
• Exceptional in your communication and interpersonal skills
• A seasoned professional in database administration with no less than 10 years of practical, hands on the keyboard experience
• Incredibly organized and efficient with personal time management
• Trustworthy with confidential information and able to maintain a high level of personal and professional integrity

You will be:

• Responsible for leading, mentoring and training a small group of technical team members
• Building and maintaining test environments and client workspaces
• Designing a variety of tools, templates, and automations to support our survey design and client reporting teams
• Creating and maintaining data integrations between our back-end systems using Python and SQL
• An owner and go-to person for data structure, data accuracy, and data visualization across select client projects
• Linking and joining data tables together to create richer insights and more powerful data connections
• Cleaning and prepping client data so it is usable and useful to senior executives
• Importing/exporting raw data files to our databases, ensuring accuracy throughout the process
• Working in advanced online data visualization tools like Zoho Analytics or Tableau
• Documenting best practice procedures
• Creating initial data workspaces for team members and managing the systematic conversion of old workspaces to latest versions
• Serving team members with responsive customer service to equip them with data they need to respond to client requests
• Staying up-to-date with the latest tools and techniques to enable our team to maintain our leading-edge status with clients
• Collaborating internally with other teams and team members to assist in completing projects
• Working in a growing and fast-paced environment

Work-from-home:

Our work-from-home policy requires the following remote work capabilities:

• You must Work from your primary residence that is located within 35 miles of our office in Cave Creek, Arizona
• You must have reliable internet service at your home (minimum speed of 10MB download/5MB upload)
• You must have a dedicated workspace at your home that is free from distractions just like you would if you worked from our office
• Beyond Feedback provides all the computer equipment you need to be successful

About the position:

• This is a full-time position where our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 7am to 4pm
• Pay is commensurate with years of experience and level of responsibility
