Senior Corporate Development Associate, Data Analytics

What will I be doing?

Develop/validate key model parameters, assumptions, drivers, and scenarios. Perform complex strategic/financial/quantitative analysis and modeling to extract insights and transform complex data into meaningful visualizations that effectively communicate key metrics and performance indicators to stakeholders and address clients' challenges and needs. Conduct due diligence efforts, analyze financial, and operating data of investment opportunities. Perform economic, market, and industry evaluations to extract valuable information that drives informed decision-making and strategic planning. Lead the execution of corporate transactions, including capital raising, strategic finance, financial planning and forecasting, and M&A opportunities. 10% travel is required within the U.S.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Quantitative Finance, Information Management, Management Information Systems or related and two (2) years of experience as Financial Data Analyst or related.

Must have experience with analyzing complex business data (10000+ rows) to identify key trends, patterns and insights to drive strategic recommendations within investment banking, Corporate Development, private equity and management consulting fields; performing statistical analysis, bottoms-up budget and financial modeling, market research, valuation and large dataset analysis for multimillion dollar enterprise transactions; utilizing SQL, VBA, Tableau and Python to extract/analyze complex data and produce visually impactful dashboards; and directly engaging with private multinational equity/lenders to discuss live M&A transactions, deal terms and funding considerations.
