Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
  • Position will report to Manager of Financial Reporting
  • Prepare Bank Reconciliations for all major bank accounts.
  • Coordinate with Treasury and Accounts Receivable to reconcile cash transactions.
  • Responsible for lease accounting functions, which include but are not limited to journal entries, reconciliation of balance sheet accounts to the lease report and preparing ad-hoc reports as requested.
  • Interpret lease language, set-up and test leases in accordance with ASC 842, including searching for embedded leases.
  • Create and maintain a process flow of the lease administration function amongst the departments that are involved with the lease process to include the regional manager, legal and accounts payable.
  • Manage key lease events such as extensions, amendments and terminations.
  • Perform analytical reviews of leases as required.
  • Manage accounting responsibilities for minority interests, including compiling financials, recording equity method entries, and reconciling internal accounts.
  • Conduct responsibilities within the month-end and year-end close process, including working with external auditors.
  • Preparation of other consolidating journal entries as required.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
