Reporting to the Director of Agency Design and Operations, this position will review and edit original copy produced by our In-House Agency (IHA). This individual will work closely with Account Directors, Copywriters and Designers to deliver both new and updated content for various touchpoints. - Review and edit copy for correctness, consistency, and completeness
- Ensure copy is compliant and adheres to all corporate branding and legal guidelines
- Validate documents have the appropriate copyright, disclosure, logos, and service marks
- Maintain style preferences, terminology guides, and editorial process documentation
- Collaborate with key stakeholder to establish Wells Fargo and line-of-business standards
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance editorial standards
- Conduct quality checks and functional testing on digital properties
- Bolster SEO efforts with updated copy
- Serve as a SME and mentor for Copy Editors

Required Qualifications, US:
- 4+ years of Creative Services, marketing, creative writing, or communications writing experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience editing original copy for correctness, consistency, and completeness
- Experience working with Chicago Manual of Style and AP Stylebook guidelines
- Experience collaborating and consulting with Account Directors, Copywriters and Designers
- Experience working with content management systems (CMS)
- Experience applying Agile methodologies within an In-House Agency environment
- Experience building strong relationships and collaborating across large organizations
- Experience presenting information in a manner that persuades, and influences decision makers
