In this role, you become a fully integrated member of a project team in your first month of employment. What You'll Do
- Own a client deliverable from end to end with minimal supervision
- Conduct data analysis across different data sets
- Apply logic and Spur methodologies to provide recommendations to clients
- Manage process, workstreams, or programs end to end
- Present project findings, conclusions, and recommendations to peers and clients
- Advise clients on Partner Channel-focused strategies and approaches
- Implement, configure, and manage partner platforms
- Prepare drafts of high-quality, error-free deliverables
- Participate in client interviews and related fact-finding initiatives
- Present in client meetings to review analytical approaches and interpret results
- Work independently or closely with the client and team members to accomplish tasks ahead
- Draft client correspondence and provide proficient writing on complex topics

- Advanced experience with Microsoft suite of productivity tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Partner platform experience - Impartner, Zift, Channeltivity, Webinfinity, Allbound, e2Open, 360Insights, or other platform experience
- Good business acumen and awareness of business and channel trends
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn from mentors and peers
Spur Reply (Formerly The Spur Group) is a consulting firm based in Bellevue, WA. In our hybrid working environment, our general working hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PT, Monday through Friday. While we strive for work/life harmony, client work may extend beyond these hours and may require flexibility in work arrangements.
The base compensation range for this full-time position is between $70,000-$100,000 plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also take into consideration prior experience, relevant skills, education and/or training, certifications, and, as applicable, other required qualifications.
