The role of a Senior Consultant is a pivotal part of a successful Kotter engagement team. Instrumental in producing and tracking client deliverables, this role demands strong project management skills and analytical ability. In support of the Principal or Engagement Lead on an account, you will assist in the design, delivery and facilitation of client meetings, working sessions, and workshops requiring creativity and presentation skills. While driving transformation and different ways of working within our engagements, this role will involve conducting stakeholder and impact analyses, drafting charters and communications plans as well as utilizing additional change management frameworks. Working directly with clients, both on-site as well as virtually, strong relationship building capability with multiple stakeholders of all levels is necessary. Surrounded by a team of talented professionals, you will be exposed to all facets of

THE WORK
The primary duties and responsibilities of the Senior Consultant are wide ranging and varied in support of our client engagements. The nature of this support will vary from engagement to engagement, depending on the size and complexity of the account. This is a client-facing role requiring virtual and on-site presence often resulting in significant travel. Activities include, but are not limited to:
Monitor and maintain client dashboards, key milestones and deliverables
Assist in the design, implementation and delivery of client meetings, working sessions and L&D workshops
Develop compelling and visually creative client content
Draft stakeholder communications and relevant talking points
Facilitate initiative teams throughout the Kotter process to deliver meaningful business results and behavior change
Support the Kotter engagement team with the administration of activities and project management on an engagement.
Types of support provided will include, but are not limited to: analytics, document preparation, digital filing/recording, scheduling, and other administrative/engagement support needs.
Assist in research and RFP responses for business development opportunities
Provide technical support utilizing a variety of platforms such as Zoom, Miro, Poll EV, Salesforce.com, Slack, 10,000 ft, etc.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a consulting role working within a large organization serving multiple clients in areas such as strategy execution, change management, operational efficiency, culture change, digital transformation, and/or leadership development. You have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding client expectations and delivering results. Self-direction, proactively anticipating needs and identifying solutions is a strength. You thrive in a fast-paced environment that allows you to ride your learning edge while delivering solutions.

Travel is required with this position. Amount is based on project requirements.
Bachelor's degree from accredited university required, advanced degree or MBA preferred
3-5 years of experience as consultant within a mid to large firm required, big four consulting firm preferred
