Job Description
The Senior Communications Specialist position reports to the Director of Communications and will support both internal and external communication needs for a variety of key stakeholders. This is a collaborative role of planning and implementing a variety of communication tactics for multiple audiences.
- Collaborate with Director of Communication to coordinate email campaigns to Consultants and Customers for marketing sales promotions and other offers.
- Implement weekly communication emails to Consultants, including newsletter, training reminders, etc.
- Manage the process of collecting information, writing, building, proofreading, and scheduling various communication tools.
- Manage system generated autoresponder communications.
- Compile monthly engagement reports/analysis to evaluate communication effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices.
