ROLE SUMMARY Join our team as a Senior Catering Sales Manager! The job involves initiation and development of quality leads to ensure growth of Catering Sales. The primary responsibility of a Senior Catering Sales Manager is to develop existing business and solicit new business through caterling lead generation.

The Sales Manager will cater new customers through traditional sales techniques. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and maintain relationships with repeated clients. Develop and secure relationships with prospective clients.

Maintain a database of clients. Become an integral part of the Fort Worth community, attending networking events, meeting key players and maintaining relationships with the who's who of Fort Worth. Communicate group details and changes to all hotel departments.

Coordinate the client's needs and activities to ensure customer's expectations are met, and the property operates efficiently. Work alongside event planners to coordinate the appropriate catering. In collaboration with the GM and DOS, conduct pre-convention meetings with guest and hotel staff as needed, to ensure each event is positioned to meet the guest's expectations, and post-convention meetings to gather feedback to recognize key associates, understand where improvements might be needed, and to inform the guest that they will be receiving a satisfaction survey.

Maintain booking activities in Hotel Sales & Catering software system to include documenting accurate communication between the guest, hotel staff, and the accounting department. Liaise with clients for feedback to improve quality and services. Assist the Director of Catering with Catering Sales duties as needed including but not limited to site tours, selling catering events, etc.

Any and all other duties as required REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Associate's degree or above in business, event coordinating, culinary arts, hospitality, or a related field Excellent time management and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Prior experience with the Group, and/or Social Event market segments Minimum of 2-year experience in sales or hospitality will be essential Experience at a luxury hospitality property Department: Sales & Marketing/Ventas This is a ft-year round/ tiempo completo- todo el ano position
