In this role, you will...
- Elicit, define, and document configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
- Analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes
- Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Information Systems to give guidance to the delivery team execute their development tasks
- Assess business process and system gaps
- Communicate confidently in a clear, concise, and articulate manner - verbally and in writing. Understand and execute multiple communication styles to address different audiences - clients, executives, technical staff.
- Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements into user stories, including acceptance criteria to be used as validation for success.
- Help implement best practices for business analysis
- Collaborate closely with developers to implement and configure the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process.
For this opportunity, you'll have...
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Senior Business Analyst or Enterprise Business Application Analyst for CRM managed/custom solutions (e.g. Salesforce)
- A degree in IT / Computer Science
- Must have experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business
- Strong analysis skills, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, basic task management (i.e. Azure DevOps)
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
Nice if you have...
- Experience with cloud services, including Amazon Web Services or Azure
- Knowledge of ETL processes, & Power BI
- Knowledge of Magento or other e-commerce platform technology
- Knowledge of Drupal or other content management system technology
