Hybrid Position, Full time M-F, Working Onsite in San Diego 3x/week

Exempt/Salary: $101,000-$151,000 + Bonus

Position Summary:

National Funding is hiring an industrious new analyst to join our Business Intelligence team. We are actively building our modern data stack and accompanying analytical tools, and we're looking for a strong new teammate that can help us revolutionize the Business Intelligence experience across the company. Our team is responsible for developing our Snowflake data warehouse, DBT data models, and Tableau servers, as well as providing analytical support for company leadership and all business units. Major Responsibilities:

• Creating Tableau dashboards to support business units like Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Authoring complex SQL + ETL for our data warehouse and analytical database layers.
• Contributing to the build-out of our modern data stack.
• Producing data journalism that identifies and elevates critical insights to company leadership.
• Finding opportunities for business process optimization and experimentation.
• Helping grow the business and build our team culture.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• 4+ years experience in financial services, consulting, or banking.
• Teamwork, grit, enthusiasm, professionalism, hustle, confidence, and positivity.
• Advanced SQL including ETL development (DBT preferred).
• Advanced dashboard and reporting development (Tableau preferred).
• Advanced experience with traditional and cloud DBs (Snowflake preferred).
• Excellent communications, problem solving, time management, and presentation skills.

Nice to have Skills:

• Advanced Python for analytics and APIs.
• Familiarity with salesforce, marketing, and CRM systems.
• Technical requirements gathering and project management.
