Zeta has built the industry’s most modern digital cloud native platform in the industry, consisting of new age prepaid / debit / credit issuance digital products for banks, retailers and fintech issuers. These products provide a new age (“Apple card like”) user experience and enables
Financial Institutions to rapidly deliver digital-first modern payment solutions including credit / debit / prepaid, digital banking, gifting, benefits, DDA, commercial card, expense management and money transfer. All of these services are vertically integrated into a single platform with fully developed front-end digital and back office security, fraud, compliance, support, and configuration services.
The Impact You Will Make
Reporting into the Senior Director, Solution Architect you will:
● Shape up the cards platform for Zeta, with international issuance as core goal.
● Build customer and user insights into all stages of the planning and execution process, ensuring the continuous validation of features and stories with customers and users.
● Manage delivery of current features concurrently with future planning.
● Create business requirement documents, functional solution documents, technical solution documents, software requirement specifications, wireframes.
● Developing technical roadmaps, story outlines, writing user stories, grooming product or feature backlogs and coordinating/prioritizing conflicting requirements in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
● Build and manage API documentation and propose integration solutions.
● Create test strategy, test plan and reviewing test results.
● Participate in initiatives to improve Zeta services and customer related processes.
Who We're Looking For
● Relevant experience of 8+ years in Business Analysis domain.
● Have experience in payment card processing technologies and operations related skills (issuing and acquiring).
● Have working knowledge of embossing, authorizations, clearing and settlement; and dispute and chargeback, reconciliation.
● Have successfully implemented and integrated projects from any of the platforms -
Tsys, Fiserv, First Data, Marqeta etc.
● Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills especially with external stakeholders.
● Ability to work on complex projects with a medium-to-high level of ambiguity.
● Excellent documentation skills - should be able to create detailed documents with relevant content (Data flow diagrams, flow charts, etc)
