Senior BSS CRM/CES Planner We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company, for a Senior BSS CRM/CES Planner to join their business in United Kingdom. Position Title: Senior BSS CRM/CES Planner Position Type: Permanent Start Date: ASAP Location: Berkshire area Contact: Tomislav Cvetko | +385 (0) 1 6457 537 Requirements - Build up FMC (Fixed-line Mobile Convergence) BSS/Omni-channel (Multi-channel) product/solution with high competitive edge in the market - Participate as a core member in go-to market activities in new FMC BSS/Omni-channel product/solution release, including marketing material development, promotional, tracking\u2026etc. activities - Communicate with senior level key customers on client\u2019s CRM/Omni-channel Roadmap - Full understanding of key customer requirements for improving competitive edge of client\u2019s CRM/Omni-channel product/solution as well as enhancing client\u2019s Brand worldwide - Manage all customer requirements in BSS domain, lead the technical team and collaborate with architecture design team, R&D, delivery and marketing teams to create appropriate product/solution proposals and offers - Provide technical proposals to customers, participating in technical clarification as well as doing product demo - Adjust Solution direction with business trends in Western Europe - Job outputs include hot topic research report, solution charter, business requirement, key feature and capability, business model, CSP target markets for CRM/Omni-channel product/solution.

Qualifications - 10+ years of work experience in Telecom CRM domain - 5+ years of work experience in Omni-channel domain - Experience with business solution design in Omni-channel projects - In-depth knowledge in current CRM/Omni-channel domain (e.g. business models, operational models, e-commerce, etc.) - Strong knowledge of BSS solution planning through industry insight, customer insight and competitor analysis - Strong technical background - Great experience with customer management, conferences, customer workshops on senior levels, article releases, etc. - Experience with European CSPs (Communication Service Provider) would be an advantage - Experience with UK telco operators - Prefered companies: Oracle, Amdocs, Salesforce, E///, Gartner, OVUM and similar Please submit your CV to: Sales(at)manningglobal com Quoting reference: MGKRBSSCCP6198 Or call Tomislav on: +385 (0) 1 6457 537 If you know of anyone within your network who may also be interested in this position, we highly appreciate you forwarding this position to them.
