Senior Broker Dealer Operations Process Analyst

Reporting to the US Operations manager you will have the responsibility for process improvements that can help optimize key areas of US operations functions. You will be expected to drive operational process excellence that is balanced with customer centricity. You will help conduct deep-dive analysis, triage root cause issues, and report on findings using analysis and polished reports. The scope of your responsibilities will include any and all process improvement elements of the US operations business including for the Broker Dealer and crypto businesses. You will also project manage key operations initiatives that are related to process improvement. For example, seeking process improvement in our Broker Dealer trading and middle-office functions, our money movement activities, client onboarding processes, risk management of the operations functions, and working with other departments to ensure end to end operations functions are optimized. You will partner closely with customer service, compliance, AML, technology and vendors to ensure Operations Process issues are triaged and resolved. Job Description:

• Drives customer centricity and operational excellence initiatives
• Works with end users across multiple domains to identify process improvement opportunities
• Captures high-level requirements and business needs, documents and analyzes internal and external processes, including definition of performance metrics for operation departments.
• Gathers and processes process data, to identify process performance areas, providing improvement recommendations
• Clearly articulates, documents and organizes project and process documentation as per change delivery framework
• Project manage key operations initiatives that are related to process improvement.
• Provides impact assessment and recommendations on various process and system solutions
• Prioritizes competing business demands
• Drives tasks and project delivery, providing regular progress reports for the operations departments of eToro
• Logs and investigates day to day functional issues; Drives resolution in collaboration with group teams

Requirements:

• Previous job experience in a related field (Business and/or Process Analyst) – Minimum 2 years
• Some LEAN, SixSigma, Excel model building or SQL background is a major plus
• Open to creative solutions and business innovation; a team player
• Strong communication and presentation skills, must be comfortable to communicate with the senior management

• Advanced skills in process / Procedure documentation (frameworks, methodologies)
