The Content & Distribution Team (CDT) is responsible for the development and delivery of the Bally LIVE streaming video platform. In this role, you will be managing & interfacing with the broadcast video backend that will contribute to the day-to-day operations of the Bally LIVE & Watch Stadium platform.
Your day to day will consist of interfacing with cloud/physical video routing systems as well as in-house created management systems. Additionally, you will be apart of system architecting with the broader CDT Team.
So, what will you be doing?- Managing 24x7 Live Linear Feeds
- Routing, inspecting, transforming & delivering a variety of feeds on a per destination basis
- Managing physical and virtual Broadcast Systems
- Have knowledge with SDI Based Video Workflows
- Be proficient in Low latency video transport protocols- SRT, Zixi, RIST, WebRTC
- Have experience with Broadcast Hardware - Evertz, Grass Valley, AJA, Ross Video
- Experience with Cloud Based Video Systems - Wowza Streaming Engine, Elemental Media Cloud, Zixi Broadcaster
- Experience with Public Cloud Platforms - AWS, Azure, GCP
- Have past experience Live Event Broadcasting
- Experience with Live Linear Video Workflows
