Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Branch Administrator to join our team. As a Senior Branch Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of our Branch Office. Your role will involve managing schedules, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, experience in financial office management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Duties:
- Manage and maintain schedules for branch staff, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Provide administrative support to branch staff, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining files
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Coordinate and plan branch events, including meetings, trainings, and conferences
- Oversee front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries
- Assist with training development for new hires and ongoing staff development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in medical office management is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
