Job duties:
- Responsible for diagnosing and repairing problems with the engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes and similar systems.
- Testing to check whether systems and components are secure and are working properly.
- Driving the vehicle for testing purposes or using various equipment, including hand-held and on-board diagnostic computers.
- Maintaining efficiency and accuracy in diagnosing as well as repairing vehicles.
- Following a checklist in ensuring that they examine each critical part of the vehicle.
- Watching or inspecting parts as hoses, belts, plugs, fuel systems, brakes and other critical systems.
Job requirements:
- MUST be knowledgeable with DIAGNOSTICS on Luxury/Exotic European Vehicles, such as but not limited to Lamborghini, Ferrari, Bentley, Aston Martin, Rolls Royce, & Maserati.
- 5 years or more as a professional European Automotive Technician.
- Needs to have problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- A willingness to learn and grow.
- Great work ethic and ability to respect your work area, the shop and the customers cars.
- A team player mentality.
- Adhere to our values of professionalism, teamwork, integrity and honesty.
- Must be punctual on a daily basis, maintain a safe and organized work area.
- Follow directions and be able to carry them out.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications.
- Should be able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
- Take pride in tasks at hand Road-test vehicles to ensure quality work.
- Must have valid U.S. driver's license with good driving records.
