Senior Automation Developer (Ui Path) Baldwin Risk Partners

The primary focus of this role is to support current automations, perform break fix, close tickets, manage UIPath orchestrator, and additional assist in the discovery sessions and development.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operational health of UiPath automation workflows and conduct break-fix resolutions.
• Own and manage the UiPath Orchestrator.
• Monitor and close support tickets promptly.
• Configure and maintain UiPath products to meet business requirements and process standards.
• Collaborate with offshore teams to coordinate development and support for ongoing automation projects.
• Guide the technical aspects of projects from discovery through to design and implementation.
• Utilize cloud services such as Azure and AWS to deploy and manage scalable automation solutions.

• 3-4 years of Hands on Experience building and maintaining automations using UiPath solutions

• Advanced skills in UiPath RPA tools, including Orchestrator setup and maintenance.
• Proficient in Python programming and familiar with RESTful API services.
• knowledge of SQL and database configuration practices.
• Experience with cloud computing services (Azure and AWS).
• Experienced designing automations using power-automate, logic apps.
• Experienced on designing power virtual agents.
• Experienced creating and maintaining azure function, lambda functions oriented to automation.
• Proficient in C#, Vb.net, Python
• Experienced building excels add ins and macros (VBA)
• AI framework experience (MS - OpenAI, Opensource, AWS Vertex, etc.)

• In-depth understanding of UiPath's Document Understanding and Action Center.
• Experience with enterprise-level automation and application integration.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages, frameworks, and development tools.

• Experience with other RPA platforms (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
• Expertise in AI applications, such as machine learning, chatbots, and document classification/extraction.
• Proficiency in tools like Jira and Git.
