- Support the Director, Value Delivery with implementation of the Sources of Value propositions that were identified for clients during our Mutual Value Assessment (MVA) or client proposal stage
- Own savings measurement reporting with the Director, Value Delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish standardized processes and procedures for financial analysis, promoting uniformity in approach across all client engagements.
- Collaborate with the Client Operations team to identify and define key leading indicators that provide insights into potential risks affecting forecast accuracy and reliability.
- Utilize data analysis techniques and statistical methods to establish quantitative measures for tracking leading indicators of risk.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations independently and as a part of the client transitioning process.
- Alert team to any identified risks in project management or financial reporting
- Work closely with our stragegic sourcing procurement teams to help ensure achievement of our committed savings targets by individual category
- Provide insights and drawing conclusions that will help guide sourcing and procurement decisions
- Drive reporting improvements and enhancements in collaboration with our Analytics and Client Operations teams
- Ensure cleanliness and client facing readiness of data to be presented in weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and internal/external meeting
- Drive continuous improvement across all areas of responsibility in the organization
- Provide first-rate customer service to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, internally and externally
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelors Degree in finance, supply chain/project management, or economics required
- 6-8 years experience in analytics, reporting, and/or process improvement in financial, procurement, or operational functional areas
- Prior experience in a project management or implementation role preferred
- Prior experience interfacing with clients, especially within a services industry (e.g., professional consulting, BPO, outsourcing) is a plus
- Analytically advanced with the ability to interpret complex data for informed decision-making and to assess results
- Advanced skills in common business software applications (e.g. MS word, Excel, etc.) and project planning tools
- Detail oriented with the keen ability to deliver on client expectations, influencing others or escalating as needed to do so
- Demonstrated proficiency in recognizing and resolving complex problems, coupled with the capability to articulate compelling narratives using data to communicate issues and resolutions effectively to senior leadership.

- Ability to complete tasks or create deliverables with incomplete information within tight short timeframes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
