Senior Associate, Private Company Services (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, New York, NY. Help private companies with a range of business advisory needs such as audit, tax compliance, and planning to help improve their operational efficiency and to free up time that can be spent focusing on business strategy. Experience the entire business life cycle of a Private Company from inception to growth, maturity, and transition. Help clients design and implement personal and customized service plans that are unique to privately owned entities, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.Salary: $137,144 - $137,144/yr.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.

In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, plus 1 year of related work experience.

Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:

·      Demonstrating tax technicals with FAS 109 through due diligence in tax compliance preparations;

·      Reviewing book/tax difference, state apportionment, state modification workpapers;

·      Assisting clients with tax provision preparations for private companies; and

·      Cooperating audit works for income tax provisions with due diligence.

80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.

Travel requirement(s): Domestic and/or international travel is required up to 20%.
