The Senior Associate executes a broad range of projects, analyses, and recommendations of high importance to the Cardiology Group (CG) executive leaders. You will lead our exploration and characterization of new growth opportunities, portfolio optimization strategies, and internal consulting projects that shape the future of CG. You will work in a highly autonomous environment across ambiguous markets and projects while establishing relationships with internal/external business partners to develop compelling recommendations and drive initiatives to completion. We continue to innovate in key areas and are extending our innovations into new geographies and high-growth markets. In CG, we design, develop, and produce technologies for diagnosing and treating coronary artery disease and other cardiovascular disorders.
- Develop comprehensive views of current and future technologies with supporting financial models, assess customer unmet needs, identify value propositions, conduct market sizing, analyze competitive landscape, lead project execution, and recommend commercial strategies.
- Partner with commercial stakeholders to drive data driven decisions through analytics for critical business questions; provide key insights and recommendations to business leaders focused on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the business to drive growth.
- Identify, track, and provide updates to senior leadership on competitive initiatives to support strategic decision making; conduct and/or direct vendors in market analysis and research.
- Identify best practices to address key business challenges and opportunities. Help to build a strong marketing strategy and portfolio competency within the IC business.
- Work closely with sales leadership by leading the annual Selling Strat Plan, AOP processes, and BOD strategies and presentations.
- Develop strategies to enhance revenue growth by focusing leadership on top opportunity Cardiology customers, and Cardiology collaboration initiatives.
- Facilitate leadership alignment through the development of Cardiology objectives, pipeline decks, and key discussion topics for sales leadership meetings.
- Partner with sales leadership to gain a thorough understanding of the Cardiology strategies to facilitate discussions to gain alignment across the Cardiology Selling Org.
- Establish strong relationships with stakeholders including R&D, Clinical, Business Development, Finance, and Sales.

- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience in Consulting, Marketing, Strategy, and/or Finance
- Demonstrates the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders by actively listening, understanding their perspectives, and consistently delivering high-quality work. Earns respect through professionalism, reliability, and effective communication.
- Ability to take complex analytical projects and simplify the content to the appropriate audience
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to create clear and compelling presentations
- Demonstrated experience performing deep dive analysis to answer complex business questions and conducting assessments of sophisticated markets
- Ability to collaborate and work with others in a dynamic, matrix environment
- Ability to travel 20% as needed.
- Master’s degree
