Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Senior Associate or Vice President in our Atlanta, Georgia office. Engagement types primarily include ESOP valuation, ESOP transaction advisory and valuation/financial opinions. Senior Associate and Vice Presidents attend and speak at professional conferences, participate in firm webinars, publish articles, pursue outside speaking opportunities and serve as active members of relevant professional organizations. We operate in an entrepreneurial environment and team members are given as much responsibility as their experience and capabilities permit.

What You'll Do:
  • Execute multiple valuation and ESOP transaction engagements simultaneously across various service lines and industries
  • Work directly with senior level management, board members, shareholders and trustees throughout all phases of the engagement
  • Motivate and develop team members; assist with office operations
  • Review of financial modeling and analysis and industry/economic research to ensure quality control
  • Assist in the preparation and review of client deliverables including valuation reports, presentations, information memoranda and marketing materials
  • Communicate and establish relationships both internally with project teams and senior management, as well as externally with clients and business partners
What You Need:
  • Bachelors degree in finance/accounting/economics; MBA and/or credential (CPA, CFA) preferred
  • 4 - 5 years of experience performing valuations, developing financial models, leading engagements and presenting to clients; Vice Presidents require an additional 2 3 years of managing valuation engagements, transactions involving stock ownership and other financial advisory projects
  • Demonstrated success developing, engaging and managing high-functioning teams, both in professional development and work product
  • High technical proficiency and competency in financial modeling, valuation theory and transaction structuring; proficient in MS Office applications, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple assignments, tight deadlines and multiple team members
  • Highly effective communication, analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong work ethic and personal integrity with the willingness to work long hours and travel when necessary

We are currently seeking an Analyst to join the team in our Columbus, Ohio office. This individual will spend most of their time developing valuation analyses and reports for privately held and publicly traded clients. Engagement types primarily include valuations for: financial reporting (i.e., purchase price allocations, portfolio and fund valuations, equity-based compensation valuations, and indefinite and long-lived intangible asset impairment testing), employee stock ownership plans and/or corporate and shareholder fair market value engagements. In this role you will attend professional conferences and firm webinars and actively participate in relevant professional organizations.
