Title: Senior Application Developer
Duration: 6+ months contract
Location: Detroit, MI (Hybrid)
Seeking an experienced position title for a HYBRID workplace opportunity,
Qualified candidates submitting an application will be considered for this contract opportunity.
This is a hybrid work environment with the expectation of being on-site 2 days a week.
Required Technical Skills:
• Candidates with backgrounds in IVR, VoIP, and PBX are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Web services/cross-system communication protocols.
• Experience with integrating telephony systems into other computer systems like SOAP, XML, SQL, VXML, and REST.
• Background in OOP (object-oriented programming).
• History of designing, developing, and supporting IVR applications.
• Experience with PBX architecture and contact center systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot VoIP traffic.
