Job Description
RELATIONSHIPS:
Reports to the Senior Manager Marketing Technology, Marketing Business Applications. The position interacts with multiple NNI internal functions, such as OmniChannel Customer Experience, OmniChannel Operations, Brand Teams, IT Operations as well as external vendors and agencies supporting various components of the Marketing solutions landscape.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Work to implement solutions in adherence to Architecture leadership team's established patterns and best practices
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit business requirements
Leverage understanding of Novo Nordisk functions to identify dependencies across various solution components and ensure the business needs and requirements are translated into innovative solutions.
Work with stakeholders collaboratively to strategize solutions for migrating legacy experiences to new Adobe cloud based OmniChannel experiences
Design solutions for implementing net new Adobe cloud based OmniChannel experiences
Serve as a subject matter expert and lead the solution and data architecture design for all OmniChannel solutions
Conduct necessary data profiling and modeling to optimize design and data flows for all system touch points
Ensure solution integrity and optimization through the use of best practices
Ensure data integrity across various components of the solution
Lead technical design sessions with system technical leads, provide guidance on best design practices
Review and approve technical documents
Participate in design reviews and provide guidance in adherence to approved design patterns and best practices
Serve as point of contact for all Adobe cloud based solutions
Collaborate with various platform teams and external vendors to implement solutions
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS: EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field required. Solid relevant experience may be substituted for degree requirements if appropriate.
Advanced degree and additional related certifications preferred
8 years of progressively responsible Computer Science, IT, programming/systems analysis or other related experience required.
Lead Architect experience required
Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry preferred
Experience in Muti/Omni Channel Marketing or related business function required
Experience in handling customer consents and privacy requirements highly desired
Experience in Agile software development required
Demonstrated competency in implementing complex solutions with multiple interacting system components and teams
Cross-functional solutioning experience preferred
Self-sufficiency and ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders are must
Excellent communication, presentation and documentation skills needed
Knowledge of Adobe Cloud stack (Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Campaign, etc.) a must
Knowledge of SalesForce (ServiceCloud or HealthCloud), MuleSoft, SnowFlake, AWS, Google Analytics desired
Out-of-the-box thinking and open to learning new technologies desired
