Required Skills

• Bachelors degree in computer science or engineering with a minimum of 10+ years of overall experience in support of information technology computer systems and databases.
• Familiarity with RHEL 8 or above system administration and troubleshooting including network and resource utilization including memory, filesystem, process threads, etc.
• Familiarity with WebLogic/JBOSS application server administration and the ability to help development teams troubleshoot deployment failures.
• Familiarity Apache web server administration and configuration.
• Familiarity with Mule/MMC and ability to help development teams troubleshoot application deployments and resource utilization.
• Familiarity with Appian BPM suite, with the ability to assist development teams in resolving dependencies, creating users and groups, and importing plugins.
• Understanding of SQL, specifically oracle data types and syntax, as well as the ability to execute SQL queries at the request of developers and help troubleshoot problems.
• Proficiency with Bash command line and ability to automate common tasks through shell scripts.
• Understanding of Powerbroker privilege escalation management software, or ability to learn quickly.
• Understanding of BladeLogic job scheduling software, or ability to learn quickly.
• Thrive in an energetic, fast-paced environment - learn and become productive quickly and meet team goals,can-do attitude, able to do what it takes to deliver. Desire to take on new challenges and deliver.
• Detailed oriented, quality conscious, with an eye toward simplicity.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
