Salary Range: $77,550 - $93,060

Essential Functions and Objectives:
Provide district management and public and private sector audiences with actionable insights to improve the performance of the district. The Senior Analyst will help establish and maintain relationships with senior district leadership up to and including the Superintendent's direct reports, identify opportunities for analysis, establish research plans, review work, and present deliverables to internal and external clients. The Senior Analyst will also be responsible for driving operational improvements within the analytics team. The Senior Analyst will work with the Enrollment and Campus Planning and DPS leadership to provide just in-time analytic support for key decisions. The Analyst will develop an intimate understanding of school enrollment projections, forecasts and trends, and will achieve impact through predictive and prescriptive analytics for district enrollment PLANNING AND policy.
- Clearly and concisely communicate analyses, including the willingness to manage up to senior levels and defend recommendations that may be received with apprehension from the client.
- Serve as an expert on research methodologies and data structuring to solve complex problems.
- Leverage sophisticated analytic techniques and strategic thinking to provide actionable insights from complex data sets.
- Lead analysts in research AND ANALYSIS efforts, providing guidance and training as needed.

Knowledge, Experience & Other Qualifications:
- One (1) or more years of relevant experience.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google products including Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides.
- Experience using qualitative and/or quantitative software products (e.g. MaxQDA, NVivo, SPSS, STATA, R, SQL, etc.).
- Ability to work in a multi-ethnic and multicultural environment with district and school leaders, faculty, staff and students.
- High degree of integrity in handling confidential information.

- Very strong knowledge of/or interest in issues surrounding K-12 education.

- Demonstrated knowledge of principles of strategy development, PLANNING AND project management.

- Excellent judgment in developing and delivering solutions and messages.
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree is preferred.
