GENERAL FUNCTION
The Senior Analyst – Logistics (Inbound) duties include developing, planning, and assisting in the execution of the inbound strategy and overseeing several key inventory control accounts. This role requires excellent analytical abilities, business acumen, and exceptional competency in business intelligence infrastructure and tools.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the inbound capacity planning on a daily/weekly basis and review with department leaders
- Collaborate and develop a strategy to maintain inbound synchronicity metrics
- Manage the Key Eyewear Inventory Control accounts
- Enables effective decision-making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format.
- Troubleshoot problematic POs and various related issues
- Effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
- Supports cross-functional teams on the day-to-day execution of the existing program implementation.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems)
- 3+ years related work experience
- Strong project management and communication skills (verbal, written)
- Strong problem-solving skills, proven ability to identify and resolve problems
- Highly organized and process oriented with an ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and communication skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint
- Self-Starter; team player
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a business analyst, data analyst or statistical analysis role
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
