The primary responsibilities of the Senior Amigos Front Desk Coordinator:
1. Register new members, log new members into the membership database, create member cards, and handle registrations fee.
2. Greet members and answer questions about daily classes and upcoming classes. Create sign-up sheets for 15 classes per day.
3. File daily class attendance. Manage instructor cancellations/substitute teachers.
4. Set up desks and chairs for education classes. Remove desks and chairs for fitness classes.
5. Answer phones and take messages. Helps make copies for instructors. Manage print and beverage inventory.
6. Provide administrative support for Senior Amigos Manager.
Required:
• Three Years of experience
• Demonstrates effective organizational and time-management skills.
• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and multi-task.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English through verbal and written modalities. Spanish speaking is a plus.
• Computer literate; proficient in Word, EXCEL, and PowerPoint
